3. No Credit Repair Representation (CROA Compliance)

  • Advise clients to provide inaccurate information

  • Advise clients to create new credit identities

Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

  • Debt removal

  • Timeline of results

Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card and approved electronic payment processors.

Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of services.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and consulting nature of our services:

  • All digital product sales are final.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.

  • Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Company.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • Templates

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Educational materials

  • Course content

Is the intellectual property of SM Elite Financial Readiness, LLC.

SM Elite Financial Readiness, LLC is a faith-driven company. Biblical principles may be referenced in educational materials. Participation in services does not require religious affiliation.

11. Realtor Disclosure

Stephanie Murray is a licensed Realtor® in the State of Georgia affiliated with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metrobrokers.

Financial readiness services are separate from real estate brokerage services unless otherwise disclosed in writing.

Real estate transactions are governed by separate brokerage agreements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SM Elite Financial Readiness, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Financial losses

  • Credit score impacts

  • Lending decisions made by third parties

Use of services is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SM Elite Financial Readiness, LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Georgia.
