Payment Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

This Payment Policy governs all purchases made through SM Elite Financial Readiness, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any service, program, consultation, or package, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Payment Terms

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

Full payment is required before services begin unless an approved installment plan is selected for the Elite Package.

By enrolling in any installment plan, Client authorizes SM Elite Financial Readiness, LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Payment Terms:
• $397 due in full at time of purchase
• No payment plans available
• No recurring billing
• Final strategy documents delivered after full payment clears

ELITE PACKAGE

Full Strategy + Ongoing Guidance
Price: $997

Option A – Pay in Full

Option B – 3-Payment Plan
$397 due at purchase
$300 due in 30 days
$300 due in 60 days

Option C – 6-Payment Plan
$175 per month for 6 consecutive months
(Total installment price: $1,050)

Terms:
• Automatic billing authorization required for installment plans
• Installment pricing exceeds pay-in-full pricing
• No refunds once services begin
• Missed payments result in immediate service pause
• Services resume only after account is brought current

3. Automatic Billing Authorization (Elite Installment Plans Only)

By selecting an installment option for the Elite Package, Client authorizes SM Elite Financial Readiness, LLC to charge the payment method on file for scheduled payments.

If a payment fails, services will be paused until the balance is brought current.

4. Late Payments & Service Suspension

If a scheduled Elite installment payment is not received:

• Services will be paused immediately
• Access to documents, portals, consultations, or materials may be restricted
• Continued non-payment may result in contract termination
• Client remains responsible for the full remaining balance

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the strategic, consultation-based, and customized nature of services provided, no refunds will be issued once services have begun, documents have been delivered, or consultations have occurred.

If Client chooses to discontinue participation in an installment plan, remaining balances remain due.

6. Chargeback Policy

Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting SM Elite Financial Readiness, LLC in writing to resolve the matter.

By purchasing services, Client acknowledges:

• Services are digital, strategic, and consultation-based
• Deliverables are customized intellectual property
• Payment authorization is voluntarily provided

In the event of a chargeback:

• All services will be immediately terminated
• Access to materials, documents, and deliverables will be revoked
• Client forfeits all previously delivered materials
• Client remains responsible for any unpaid balances
• The Company reserves the right to submit signed agreements, service records, communication logs, proof of delivery, and platform access history as evidence of authorized payment

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collections activity and/or legal action to recover unpaid balances, administrative fees, and associated costs.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy.
